Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Birth details. Full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth — including the coordinates and time zone of the city you pick from the city search — when you ask for a Kundli report or gemstone guidance.
• Contact details. The email address you write to us from, and the email from Google sign-in, mobile number, and shipping address supplied at checkout.
• Choices and history. Gemstones you order, certificate choices, report orders, payment status and provider references, and delivery tracking details.
• Technical information. Browser and device details, and error or request logs that help us find faults.

2. Why we use it

• To calculate your birth chart, ten-year horoscope timeline, and report or guidance.
• To show gemstone suggestions that fit that chart, and to answer your enquiries.
• To keep the site working and to investigate anything that breaks.
• To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, including GST records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Where it goes

Your birth date, time and city are sent to our application hosting and to an AI model provider, which writes the guidance text. The city search sends the text you type to a geocoding service, which returns matching city names and coordinates. We also use analytics to understand how the store is used. Razorpay processes checkout payments and returns payment status and reference numbers to us; we do not receive complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. These processors act for us under our instructions; we do not give them your details for their own purposes.

4. Where it is kept, and for how long

Paid report orders and gemstone orders are stored securely, including contact, birth or shipping details, selected items, amount, payment status, payment references, and delivery updates. We retain them as needed to fulfil the purchase, support you, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal duties. Bag and wishlist choices remain in your browser. Birth details sent to a model or city service are handled under those services’ retention rules.

If you email us, the message and its reply are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper records.

Horoscope charts, forecast timelines and completed chapters are stored privately. We keep a hashed secret for the private report link; your browser keeps that link so you can reopen the report. Matching inputs reuse the saved reading, with a refresh available after 30 days. Anyone with the link can access or delete its contents, so do not share it publicly. Sharing a summary or downloading a PDF or calendar puts a copy under your control.

5. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want a professional to see — such as a password, a bank credential, or a medical record.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent for anything you gave us voluntarily. Write to advinamyaassociates@gmail.com and we will act on the request, subject to records we must retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal duties.

The horoscope report also has a “Delete my data” control. It removes its birth details, calculated chart, forecast, saved chapters and access link. Payment and accounting records remain. Copies you downloaded or shared are not removed by this action.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you also have the right to nominate another person to exercise your data rights, and to complain to the Data Protection Board if we do not respond.

7. Children

The site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect birth details from a child without an adult’s involvement. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the store, payment providers, or data practices change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
