1. Purchases and payment

GemJyotish accepts one-time online payments through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. Razorpay processes the payment method you select; GemJyotish does not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

A payment may remain pending while we receive confirmation, or fail or be cancelled before completion. If money is debited but your order does not show as paid, contact advinamyaassociates@gmail.com with your order reference.

2. Using the site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with an adult’s permission.
• Give accurate birth details if you want a reading that is meaningful to you. We do not verify them.
• Do not misuse the site: no interfering with its operation, no automated scraping of the catalog or readings, and no attempt to access areas not intended for use.
• You may browse, read and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Text, photographs and the catalog remain our property.

3. Catalog information and prices

Gemstones are listed as natural and priced per carat, taken from our catalog. Prices, availability and photographs are illustrative of each variety and may change without notice. Your checkout records the gemstone, weight, quantity, and certificate option selected.

Certification options shown at checkout — free lab report, IGI or GIA — include the displayed fee. Certificate availability and fulfilment timing may require confirmation.

4. Kundli reports and AI guidance

The ₹501 ten-year horoscope report is separate from free gemstone guidance. Both use calculated planetary positions from your birth details. The horoscope adds a ten-year dasha and transit timeline, transparent traditional favourability scores, and AI-written interpretations. These are guidance for reflection, not scientific probabilities or fixed predictions.

The calculation methods and simplified traditional rules are disclosed in your report. Approximate birth times can shift houses and fine timing. Reports are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not make a health, investment or legal decision on the strength of a reading. Gemstones are traditional remedies, not treatment; consult a qualified professional for anything to do with your health or money. Guidance that names a stone always suggests you have it assessed before buying.

Readings are generated with an AI model and can contain mistakes. We do not guarantee that any reading is accurate or that it will suit you.

Your paid report is available through a private link. Keep it secure: anyone holding it can read and delete the report. Completed chapters are saved so interrupted readings can resume without another payment. You can refresh your forecast after 30 days, download it as a PDF, or delete birth and forecast data; legally required payment records are retained.

5. Third-party services

Parts of the site rely on services outside our control: the city search behind the “Place of birth” field, and the AI model that writes guidance. Their availability and behaviour can change, and a reading may fail if a service is unreachable. Those services process your birth details on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your details and your session

Birth details you enter are used to produce your report and guidance. Paid report and gemstone order records are stored securely so we can confirm payment, provide the order, arrange delivery, and support you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No warranty, and our liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ADVINAMYA ASSOCIATES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store develops — for example when real payments are enabled. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
